Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience?
No. We handle the technical setup and the course starts from absolute zero.
How much ad budget do I need?
There is no fixed number. The logic is: start with a small budget to test products; once a product gets orders, keep investing and reinvest the profit. So you mainly fund the early testing phase. The actual amount depends on your target market, product price and ad platform — or you can start with free organic traffic.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Unlike marketplace platforms, an independent store requires no deposit or security fund.
My personal ad account keeps getting banned. What can I do?
Paid camps (from ¥2,980 / $499) include free help opening Meta & TikTok tier-1 agency business ad accounts, with no agent fee. Business accounts are generally more stable than personal ones, but no account is ban-proof. You top up ad spend yourself with the agency, provide real business documents, and follow each platform's ad policies. The free camp teaches the opening requirements and anti-ban rules.
What are the advantages of an independent store?
No platform deposit; higher order values; you own your customer data and can re-market to buyers at low cost; a professional branded website; no marketplace-style category or fulfillment restrictions. Your store still follows the rules of your site builder, payment providers and ad platforms.
How do I get paid? How fast is the cash flow?
Buyers pay online first, then you ship — payment goes straight into your own payment account and typically settles to your bank within 1–3 working days. No marketplace holds your order funds, so cash flow stays healthy for reinvesting. Note: new payment accounts must follow each provider's standard risk-control and shipping-time rules.
Do I need to hold inventory?
No. You can run dropshipping: after a buyer orders, your supplier ships directly to them. Zero inventory risk — you only purchase after you get paid.
What does running a store cost?
Shopify often offers $1/month for the first 3 months for new stores, then from $29/month (subject to Shopify's current official pricing). A domain costs about tens of RMB per year, or you can use Shopify's free subdomain. Ad spend is decided by you. Other third-party tools are optional based on your needs.
Do I need English?
Yes. Store content can be written with AI tools, and we help you set everything up. Many of our students don't speak English.
Which countries can I sell to?
Basically worldwide — the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, plus high-margin emerging markets in Latin America, the Middle East and more.
How much time do I need each week?
We suggest at least a few focused hours per week for testing and learning. The more consistently you execute, the faster you progress.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds follow the written service terms confirmed before payment. Please read them carefully.
Are results guaranteed?
No. We teach methods and provide tools and support; sales and income depend on your own effort, budget and the market. You may lose money.
